Sir, i m using MOSL Trading having client id ESBI162426. on 13/10 10:06 AM i bought nifty 28 oct-CE 6300 8 Lots when i placed the order it was showing order successfully placed and the equivalent amount is deducted from my acoount and i confirmed the same with MOSL Coustmer care Ms. SUJATA and she confirmed me with details of order that my order executed but due to some technical problem it is not showing in my account and after 15-20 minutes it will be shown in my account.
but after 3/4 hours (12:40PM} Ms. SUJATA called me and told me that my order was not executed without telling any reason. Due to this there is a loss of about 10000 to me.
plz investigate the matter and take the necessary action.
