Stocks sold inspite of sending payment

Hello,

Their was a debit of around 5500 Rs in the account SBR4034. The required money was transfered wide transaction number IR09734850.I did send the reqd mail on 13/9. Still they have sold my 270 qty of Punj lloyed in my account on 15/09.

This is totally illegal
