I had placed an order (LSB-564854) on 1st nov for a motorola erin ex109 which i was suppose to recieve on 6th nov but all these 5 days the order was under process n i didnt get any confirmation message or call from these people about the shipment or delay of delievery. The customer care executive were not available when i called them, n even the site doesnt provide any online chat with their executives or help to support customers.
