Dear Sir,

Pl note our consignment has booked on 10th March from Moradabad to Chennai. It suppose to give the delivery on 15th or 16th Mar. But it is not done. On 17th March by 10.30 I spoke with Ms. Divya in Customer care regarding this, she confirmed that the goods will be delivered with in 12.00 am. The consignment is very urgent goods and it has to reexport to USA. But we have not received the goods upto 5.00 pm. After that I spoke with Ms. Menaka, Rashetha. They said that the goods will be delivered within 7.00 pm. But we ahve not received the goods. Our shipment date is on 16th. But we arranged alternate way to stuff the goods late evening in Customs on 17th Mar. I have requested with Rashitha that we need the goods today to connect the vessel. Other the whole order goods will be cancelled (one 40' container) There is no proper responsible from them. After 7.00 pm nobody was there. All our effort is waste. Now only we realised First flight public service is very worst.
