Sir,

This is note that I Mr. RAMESH JAIN had taken authorized retailer ship from M/S GRASIM INDUSTRIES PVT LTD, NEW DELHI in the name of proprietor M/S RAMESH AND SANS KARWAR, Distt-BUNDI (RAJ).

I had deposited Demand Draft 10, 000/- INR (DD NO-208104) in favor of M/S GRASIM INDUSTRIES PVT LTD, NEW DELHI on 10.10.2008 for taking retailer ship as security. After that I had received a receipt M/R No-2080685177) and my party code-41105R003 on 23.01.2009.

In this period, company had offered a BANDHAN SCHEME for authorized retailer that retailers could get golden coin and free tour in this who will achieve target of selling no of Bags within one year. I had sold 10, 230 Bags of Ultra tech cement from 01/04 to 31/03 and achieved company target under this scheme.

Company had sent my golden coin and tour package under this scheme through KOTA DEPO MARKETING OFFICE OF ULTRA TECH CEMENT. But KOTA marketing manager Mr. MANOJ KOTHARI had not given to me my golden coin and tour package. He has sold my tour package to any another person and kept own my golden coin. He did misbehave with me under this period. Sir I have a valuable position in my region for retailing. He stressed & pressed on me for forgive to taking coin and tour package.

Sir, I complained by a sending Fax & phone to New Delhi & Mumbai regarding this matter on 11/08 but company replied to resolve own problem with KOTA marketing manager self.

After that I have hopeless fully with this company marketing manager and submitted for cancellation my retailer ship from around 45 days. And have taken new authorized Dealership of another company.

I want to refund my (security money 10, 000 INR interest of my security money till date golden coin tour package discount money).

Sir, I am in need with your help for resolving problem. I hope that you will assure me regarding this problem.
