Correction in bill

I want to submit that my phone number is 017224608838 in the name of my firm M/S M.S.M. Industrial corporation. My complaint is relating to the correction in current bill i.e Bill number 613880021 Dt. 20th nov. My said number remained disconnected for around 2 months instead of paying the discounted bill, which turned to be a matter of dispute in further bills because the discount was offered by the bill collecting agent and the company refused to deduct it. Finally on 31-10 i paid rupees 1000/- and the connection was restored and was promised to give deduction in further bill for the period when the above said number remained closed. now i have received fresh bill. My phone number remained closed till 1st november. I have tried twice to lodge complaint on telephone number 121 but the call failed. You are requested to correct the bill as promised and issue me a freash bill so that i can start paying continuously.
