Unfair deduction of main account balance

Dear sir,

I use MTS within last 1 one month. I change my service provider form BSNL to MTS .mobile no. -9413105488. I make first recharge of rs. 109 & get rs 97 in main account balance and some minutes also. after 4-5 days when I check my account balance become minimum 0.39rs. I call customer care for complaint these unfair deduction of rs. 97 . they reject to file any kind of complaint for these deduction & also rejected to refund money in my account. they deduct 97rs.
