No response for my submitted TAX returns from this website

Hi,

I have filed my sisters tax returns from this website www.myitreturn.com on 25th July after paying an amount of 299.00 as fee. But till date i did not receive any ITRV acknowlegement till date. The status in the website shows "awaiting acknowledgement". In general it will not take 2-3 hrs for the ack.

And it is no use of the acknowledgement if I get it now. Since there was no response, we had to file the tax return through other means.

So could you please let me know, how can i get the refund of the amount I paid. Also there is no contact number on this website.
