ACCURATE TRANSFARMERS LIMITED is a power sector company. The M.D of the company Mr. C.L Sharma and C.M.D Mr. Deepak Sharma are very cheated person. they take work from the Sub contractors but do not pay for his work.
I have worked for this company in 2009. the work was irrigation of electrified villages in etah District and the payment of Rs.1, 49000 is outstand on the company but till now payment is not made...
i have already sent a Notice by the court to the company against which they asked for the copy of unpaid bills and i have sent all duplicate copies to Mr, B.D Sharma, employee of the company. After this no Action is taken.
when i asked for payment to concern employee (Mr. Dheeraj vashist and Dr. omprakash sharma), they say that this is not in my hand.
by the mediam of this complaint i want to say to Mr C.L Sharma and to Deepak Sharma that i will case a file and also represented whole event in front of MEDIA with all those subcontractors who is affected with this problem..
So Pls i request to all the contractors and sub contractors that not to do work for this fraud company otherwise your payment will be Block..
