Personal Identification fraud

I need to inform you about my personal identification theft fraud.

3 days back I had recieved one SMS and mail stating that I had won the BCLC = BRITISH CANADIAN LOTTERY COUNCIL and it was informed to me that my mobile phone number emerge a LUCKY WINNER of USD$1, 000, 000.00.

In continuation to it, They asked me My address and DOB (Date of Birth), which they got it verified from their net.

I'm woried if they are not misusing my DoB and address details anywhere else.
