Non Reciept of Dividend for more than 10 years

Dear Sir,

I am Having 100 shares (Physical) of Nagarjuna Finance ltd, Reg Folio Number NFR00296, Certificate nos, 182691, 53061, 0023318 has not recieved any divident since last more than 10 years. Even the shares can not converted yo demat. Kindly advice what course of action, will you take. Either take back the shares or should I dump this. Your reply is awaited.
