Non allotment of tax free bonds

Dear sir,

I had applied for 1000 bonds through application no 25883397 in HNI Catagory through cheque no 740108 for Rs 1000000 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd on 28/12.

I have not got allotment in the HNI catagory even on proportionat basis on the 1st day.

Please let me know the reason for non allotment of bonds to me. Your registrar MCS Ltd does not have time to explain to us the reason for non allotment.
