One Mr. Morris Richards calls to me after getting by cell pone no on 20.04.2010 at 21.00 hrs. from U.K. stating that a british diplomat by the name (Douglas Harward) is left U.K arriving to India the next day ie, 21.4.2010.
I receive a phone call at 10.30 hrs. on 21.4.2010 that the person has arrived at Indira Gandhi International Airport and asking me to pay $950 as customs clearance
from a cell no. 9654072839.

1. How can he come from UK to India with 12 hrs carrying 200000 UK pounds clearing customs from both the countries.
2. Who is Douglas Hardward (He speaks UK english some fraud I suppose)
3. how many people have they sent the same identical letters and from which computer or web site.
i request that severe cyber crime action be taken against the people.
a line of action taken may please be provided to me so that i can be satisfied after giving this information that consumer complaints have been taken up strictly.
