Password not received

Dear sir,

My account no.is 0918101041047 at canara bank, villivakkam branch, chennai-600049.

It is a SB account and I applied for net banking facility. On 18.02.10 I received my user ID and it was mentioned in the letter that the password will be sent seperately with in 10 days. So far I have not recd the password, which I request to expedite.
