Dont renew of cheque

To sir,

i am distributor of netsurfnetwork pvt ltd .when i see from their website www.netsurfnetwork.com in my account there are below cheque. but i am none of get below cheque . when i am asking and tell about that that cheque is not receive me and give me cheque. they refuse me and say it is not possible to renew of that cheque because they are outdated.but i am not receive or it may be possible they not send me that cheque.so please help me to getting my money.
