Dear Sir,
I had submitted a claim in the month of August for Rs 64668.00 at TTK Healthcares (Which is the TPA for New India assurance) Bangalore office for the surgery I undergone at Columbia Asia Hospital, Hebbal, Bangalore. After few days I got a cheque for Rs 13500.00 only towards my claim.
They have completed ignored my claim of Rs 35500 towards my surgery which is major part of my expense. I am enclosing herewith the bills again. Please see very carefully page 4 of the list. You will have this in my original bill submitted to them.
I went to their Bangalore office again. They told me my claim is genuine and told me to contact their Chennai office. Then I sent a mail to TTK Chennai office. From them also I received negative reply.
If they can not pay, why the policy assured amount is for Rs 50000.Make it Rs 13500.And take less premium from me.
All these are frauds. Hope you will do the needful. I have given them all details. I have written atleast 10 times to New India assurance. They are yet to reply to me. They are all making fool of the public. These fraud companies to be brought to book.
