About 20 days ago I had made a comment in this site about Mr. Shibasis Jana, Director (Marketing&Business Development) of NIAS Business Solution, NIAS Tower, EN-13, Sec.v, Salt Lake, Kolkata (Old address: CJ-299, Sec. II, Salt Lake) who had taken Rs.25000 from me on 21st May'10 as an advance for the purpose to admit my son to any Non-Govt./Private B.Tech. college of my preference near Kolkata (except any Branded college) under Management Quota and signed on behalf of NIAS Business Solution, as designated stated above, a declaration made by him on a Judicial Stamp paper where he commit to refund my money, if become unsuccessful to do the job, in a single installment within 30th Sep'10.Unfortunately, he became unsuccessful to do his job but till date he dose not refund my money. Surprisingly he is not picking up my phone call since Dec.'10.In between months whenever I contacted him, each time he promised for a new dete. Under that circumstances I had made that comments. Now, on 25Jan.'11 Mr. S.Kumar (mob.no. 919343353884) from Bangalore, who recognised himself as P.A to Chairman of NIAS Business Solution, rang me at about 12:56hrs.and asked me the Fact. I narrated him the same. During discussion with Mr. S.Kumar, he informed me that thay have already terminated Mr. Jana after getting my complaint and stopped his salary. He also promised me that he will make an arrangement to pay back my money after substructing the same from his stopped salary from NIAS Tower, Kolkata within 7 to 15 days but what I have to do is to withdraw my comments from this site. So, under this circumstances I AM HEREBY WITHDRAWING MY COMMENTS against Mr. Jana with a good faith on Mr. S.Kumar that I shall get back my money within next seven days.
