Dear Sir I have reserved three days at Royal Bisakha Guest House, Visakhapatnam, from 14th to17th Oct. and have paid in advance to Nirh Holiday Home, Gobind Bhawan, Ground floor, 2, Brabourne Rd, Kolkata-700001. Phone No.9830573143. I have paid fully including tax Rs.3, 300/. That is Rs.1000/- andRs100/- per day for three days. Accordingly I went toRoyal Bisakha Guest House, Visakapattnam, A.P. on 14th Oct There the manager said to me they have reserved only for two days and have to vacate the room on 16 th Oct. at 9A.M., otherwise they do not allow me to checked in. Obviously I had no other option. I had to sign an agreement to vacate the room on16th Oct. After I returned from the holiday I have asked the Nirh Holiday manager to refund Rs.1100/-. which is legally I should get refund. Now 5 monthes have passed I have not refund my money. So, I complained to you against the said co.
