NMDC SHARES ALLOTMENT
SHARES NOT RECEIVED ON ALLOTMENT

Dear Sir,

I have made an application of Rs. 98, 000 in IPO of NMDC vide cheque no. 408994 and alloted 280 Shares of NMDC and received the refund also accordingly. At the time of applying the shares I have mentioned my demat account number with the ICICI which has already been closed by me and as per verbal infornmation collected by me the shares are lying in Pool Account of KARVY. Now I have opened a new three in one saving account with demat and trading account with the ICICI and my new demat account number is DP IN 302902 Demate No.49725018

Sir, you are requested to please transfer the 280 NMDC Shares in my new demat accoaunt and oblige as the the matter is already delayed your good self is requested to please look into the matter and do the needful in this regard and oblige
