Winning of lotteryprize

Dear Sir,

I, Mr Sunil Fernandes, received a mail from the said company that i have won a lottery prize and the check amount towards the same has been collected by RBI for transfer purpose in my account.

I, want to know if this is true or just another scam, so that i can take some action towards the same.
