Not getting my insurance due to negligence of hydernagar univercell store

I bought the nokia x2-01 mobile from the UNIVERCELL, HYDERNAGAR in hydrabad. At that time only, the manager of that branch gave the promise that he will fight for the mobile insurance against the insurance company if i loose mobile... unfortunatly i lost my mobile in august .i gave all the forms that required 4 insurance to that univercell store in september... but till now i didnt get the insurance money..i called 5 to 6 times to that store, but they are giving some no. and saying to call that no. which shows there negligence and helplessness on me. The no.that has given is always in switched off..Seven months are over but till nw i didnt get the money... so please try for my insurance
