Non redemption of Preference Shares

I and my wife in vested Rs 20000/ inredeemable preference shares in the Adventure Country resorts Ltd bearing Cetificates Nos. 107853-107872 (20 shares of Rs 100 each) and 98205-98224 (20 shares of Rs 100 each). Which matured in 2002. We sent request to the company on 29. 5. 2002 but they did not respond at all. Mr Vijay Dholakia was the Director to whom I had sent email but there was no response.

I shall be grateful for necessary advice in the matter so the we could recover our investment plus the value added.
