Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I, C.S.P Shrivastava, have jointly applied for my son's educational loan from Bank of India, Patel Nagar, Patna Branch, Bihar which is getting rejected on the basis of mine & my son's name appearing in cibil's defaulter's list. I wish to declare that I have settled all the loans in my & in my son's name & posses the settlement letters from the financial institutions.
The cibil report with Bank of India only reflects certain amount as due but doesn't clarify the name of the institutions. I feel the onus lies with you to ensure the latest updates on an ongoing basis as to avoid furnishing half truth. I am sure our names should not have been in the defaulter's list.
The interest of my son's career would be at jeopardy if the needed & correct feedback isn't provided to the bank concerned immediately. In absence of which I would only be compelled to resort to legal recourse.
I hereby request you to kindly let me know the names of the institutions (with details of loan accounts) considering us as defaulters.
