Wrongly my name is indicated in cibil report

i am ponpandian from chennai, last year i appled for home loan in sbi, sbi issue a cibil report i am a defaulter in consumer loan, and the report give i am a gurantor, this is wrong information i am not gurante to anybody, now i want details of who give complaint against me.
