The below noted letter has been written to NSDL Pune after frustation. After sending proper documents also they use send reply like that documents received but found not valid. Since three months they are doing like this only. i am attaching the same scaner document for your referance and action. With reference to the above subject, please note that in your official letter dated 1 st december and 6th january you have stated that as per application my Name is like IMMALI SHAIK and my father Name is KHAJA MOHD and date of borth is 20APR 1952. You asked documents accordingly signed by Gazetted officer. The document i have send to your office is signed by commissioner of City Muncipal shahabad contains My Name, My Father name and date birth matches perfectly as shown in your letter. What more document you people are needed. President or PrimeMinister letter? Hopeless fellows. As per SSLC record also my date of birth is 20-04-1952. Earlier pan card was issued to me on just application not on any documents submitted to your office. That time application was filled by our company cleark without asking any documents. Therefore i need changes. In spite of submitting proper documents, you people are asking for repeatedly proper documents irritates too much, and it shows how thirdrated you people are.
i am attaching scan letter of original for your ready referance, (already original letter is with your office), please open your eyes clearly and read it properly. The document is like that In what fashion you people are needed according to application. If your department repeats same thing then i will send scan letter to New delhi Income Tax department making a complaint against NSDL for third rated service.
