My credit card No.is 4196-0749-4634-5015 in the name of Gloria Francis D'Souza which has expired in the month of April. My apologies on the same that I did not intimate the change in my office mailing address and also my mobile number, due to unforeseen reasons.

I talked to your phone banking officer and got to know that there has been an excess in billing saying late payment. I request you to reverse all such charges laid on my card as I regularly pay my bill towards end of the month as per payment date. I agree I may have been late on 1/2 occassions but telling me to make a payment of 2, 000/- now is not agreeable to me. I am dropping my usual payment cheque (i.e for Rs.725/-)
Please do not charge for renewal of card as last year itself I was given to understand that my card will be lifetime free based on which I agreed to continue.
I hold your card for more than 10 years now and I have not defaulted. Looking into the long association with SC, would appreciate your waiving my excess charges levied. Await your urgent reply. You can call me on alternate office no.6623 8888.
