This is with reference to your customer namely Satendra Dixit A/C No 1160215-1013203 Branch KD Dental College, Mathura C/0 G.L.Bajaj Institute of Engineering & Technology, Mathura.
I have opened saving account to receive my salary from the G.L.Bajaj IET, Mathura in month of June of the last year i.e. 2009. Now, One year is going to complete, but your branch could not provided the better services to me and other staff. I have already logged off the complaints twice in this regards but no changes has made in the branch. I think, your staff have urgently need of training regarding behavior with consumers, duties, responsibilities as per current environment. I am forwarding two week points to improve or change to achieve good target for this branch.
1. Irresponsible, Irregularly and proudly Staff
2. Misbehavior with college staff and other local consumers
This time is much fast for business purpose but bank staff is working as just like timing was in 1980-85. I am much socked see that your staff was providing the suggestion to consumers that Internet banking and ATM facilities is not good facilities to simple men. It may create the transactions problems in consumer account. Money may be automatically debited from the accounts if, you are using Internet Banking facilities.
I, therefore, finally decided to close my account from your bank due to your bank services and secondly I have leaved the college and shifted to Mathura permanently. Therefore, I would request you to please send the procedure to close the saving account immediately.
