Banks Not providing Loansand asking for money

Dear Concerned

I have booked Flat in Omaxe New Heights, and tehy have not started the Project. Initially they confirmed that Banks will Provid eloan and now Banks are not giving any Loan and Omaxe has asked us to make Payment before 15th Nov. in case Payment not made Project will be cancelled. Else they have asked us to take back amount which we have paid in last one and half years. Omaxe is not giving Penalty Clauses as well which Omaxe has put up in agreement.
