Neither refund nor allotment

I have applied for equity share bid for 400 no shares vide application No. 6811767

cheuqe No 562504 dt.19-10-10 drawn on HDFC Bank.

The chq is duly cleared from the bank amounting to Rs 98000/-

Till today, I have neither got the allotment nor the refund of my money.

Pls. clarify why i have not got any allotment and refund my money asap.
