I Mr. Penurkar Anand Krantikumar from T.Q. Loha, Dist Nanded (Maharashtra) got the message form the Oragne telocom company dated19th Nov that I have win 1Million US $ in a mobile lotto. Then I sent the reply for further process, As well as they e-mail me and told that your cash will be sent through 'Diplomatic Cash Payment system' but Sir I want to know Is this fraud or a real because they demanded 39, 100 Rs for clearance the winning amount. So Sir I want your help for avoide the mess.
