Both are involved in cheating case.
First a person calls me to purchase my second hand mobile phone. His name Tiwari, said himself as Marketing officer at OXFORD EXPRESS PRIVATE LIMITED.
He said he want to purchase the Mobile Phone and said one of the person from his Delhi office is in the Hyderabad city and he will pay the money and collect the Mobile phone.
But, later he said that, that person has left and asked me to send the Phone through courier on Cash on Delivery. I refused to send, but, he again said, he is having own courier company. And redirected the Call to
Santosh Kumar of OXFORD COURIERS.

Santosh Kumar speak with me on phone and both TIWARI and SANTOSH KUMAR explained everything with me on phone.
He too said TIWARI is his friend working at Delhi Office and ask me to give my address to collect the Mobile Phone.
So, I give my address and his delivery boy visited my place and before giving the phone, I asked him to call Santosh and he called Santosh and Santosh asked to give the Mobile Phone.
His Delivery man gave me receipt and written the amount for Cash on Delivery. When asked when will I get the money, he said the courier will reach in 2 days to Delhi and I will receive the money in 3 days.
So, upon surety of Santosh Kumar and Receipt and company logo and written amount on the Receipt, I gave the Mobile Phone to Delivery boy and in open condition. I show him what's included in the box and working Mobile phone.
But, after that there is no response even after 6 days. So, I contacted Santosh Kumar. Because, I don't know anything about Tiwari and I even don't have his address. I purely given on the basis of Santosh Kumar words and his receipt.
Santosh said, "Your money will go nowhere" and gave one of the person number from Delhi, his name is Lucky, I speak with him and he again gave me Tiwari Mobile number.
I tried to call Tiwari but, he did not lift the phone and switched off. So, after 2 days again I called SANTOSH KUMAR and this time again he redirected the call and Lucky gave another number of Tiwari.
TIWARI said he is in money problems and asked me to give my Bank Account Number and he will deposit the money in 2-3 days.
But, he did not deposit the money and I again called him, this time he did not lift the phone and immediately switched-off the phone.
I called SANTOSH KUMAR and asked him to give the money as TIWARI is playing the games and avoiding me.
This time SANTOSH KUMAR showed his reality and said I am not responsible and you contact Tiwari. I said I gave to you and I have nothing to do with TIWARI. I even don't know his address and gave on your words and hard copy of receipt. And asked him to return the money or I will file a case.
This time he changed his words and promised me, he will speak with Tiwari and even gave me one number saying, it is Mukesh Mittal's phone number (Director of the company). I tried to call that number but, it was wrong number. So, again when I called Santosh Kumar, he said he will speak with his boss and will inform by evening.
But, he did not call me and trying to avaoid. After 2 days again I called him and he said sorry and said "Tiwari, make you and me FOOL.
I said whatever be the reason, I just need my money and this time too he promised and said you will get money soon.
But, like this it been many days and Tiwari too saying he is in money problems. I even asked him to return the Mobile phone. But, he said he will not return the phone.
And shouting me, "Do whatever you want, nobody, no law can catch me".
I informed the same with Santosh Kumar and he even called LUCKY and we 3 speak on conference call.
From the Words of Lucky, Tiwari and Santosh Kumar, this seems to be a rocket and they might be cheating others too. Because, instead of simply returning the money, they are forwarding the calls to one and another person.
I even called Delhi head office many times and ask to redirect the call to Mukesh Mittal. But, everytime they are saying something or the other like, Mukesh is in the office only but, went on short break. When asked about Mukesh Mittal Mobile Number they either say they don't have his number or another time they say Mukesh's mobile is in the office itself and he is outside.
From all this I find they will not return my money, unless and until LAW catch them and teach them lesson not to cheat people.
I asked Santosh Kumar as it is too late, please return the money politely, but, he is saying "Do whatever you want, if you book a case nobody can catch me, nobody ask me for lakhs, who care for your Rs.1600"
Please take strong action against them and fine them. Because, if this kind of companies cheat individual people, they will be harming the clean society.
