Bank Stop transection

I am Abhijeet Kadam my father account is Pen Co-Operative Bank, now i work in abroad and my all saving deposit this bank, this month i buy one reseal flat and final dealing this month, but same time RBI stop all transaction. Respected Sir what i do this condition.
