For duplicate receipt asking police complaint

Hi I had applied for the personal loan in Peoples Co Operative Credit Society Ltd in January also I had paid them 15, 300 rupees for share and also provided all the documents required for the applying personal loan cover all the all documents of guarantor

However I had not received any call from them regarding the status of the my loan application and when I called in there Kurla brank (where I have completed all the documentation) no one pick up the phone, then I called in their main branch of Govandi and from there I got news that Kurla branch is closed you have to visit to Bhadup branch for more details we will not provide any details on phone

1st Visit When I visit to their Bhadup branch the executive of that branch said me to Visit to Govandi branch and meet Mr Sachin Gaware who is available only on Saturday

2nd Visit When I Visit to Govandi branch and asked Mr Sachin Gaware for the status he told me come with application from which you had submitted since the file details are on that I will check that and will tell you status

3rd Visit When I visited with application from on Next Saturday and even after taking appointment Mr Sachin Gaware is not available and some other executive of that branch gone through application from and asked me where is receipt I asked which receipt he told me when you pay DD we give you receipt and I said I have not got any receipt then he to me your receipt is available in Bhabup branch go there and collect that and come with that. I asked him to confirm that the receipt is available there or not he told yes receipt is there only you go and collect

4th Visit When I visit to Bhadup branch and asked for receipt the executive check some register and told me that you had collected that I said no I have not received any receipt. After lots of argument I asked that executive give me duplicate then he told me you go to Police Station write complaint that you lost receipt and show that in our main branch then we will give u duplicate receipt

After four Visit I still don’t know any status of the loan

I did some Google Surfing and notice there two people in consumer court already mention the about for fraud of Peoples Co Operative Credit Society Ltd

I don’t know that do I get money back or not but this may help some other people to save from fraud.

You people are had write to take action on this to protect some middle class people from this
