COMMITED ONLINE FROUD AND USED MY HDFC CREDIT CARD FOR Rs. 4964

Charges made without informing

I received a call from 911244941500 on 03.09.2011 at about 1330 hours and discuss and conversation on phone, he offered discount card without any charges, fee & taken my HDFC bank credit card details.

And within few minutes at about 1342 hours they deducted Rs.4964/- from my HDFC Bank card, without my approval so please advise me how can I get my money back.

And I requested to take necessary action under the IT Act 2000 against Plat5 Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. cheating innocent people.
