I have logged complaint a few days back that i don't receive any of your monhtly statements on my email id [email protected]. i had last received my statement in september
I was confirmed that i will now receive on my new email id [email protected]
however i have not received any statement on that too till date
I'm sorry to say that your back end systems have become very lethargic and inefficient and I don't feel comfortable being a platinum member with Deutshce or Indus ind any more.
i dont think i will use your card and instead i will apply for a new card with another bank as i fail to follow up with you and get late payment phone calls from you every month where as in all my history as a member i have never delayed my payments to the bank.
