Respected sir

there is complaint about atm transaction. my father's account in punjab national bank. I had transaced amount from SBI ATM in 14-10 amount TWENTY THOUSAND but i recived the the amount only TEN THOUSAND and statement is also showing TWENTY THOUSAND I have registred complaint on PNB HELP LINE NO MY COMPLAINT NO IS 1973566 .But till now they did not give the feedback regarding this complaint. so i request you pls handel this case
