Dear Sir
I am the student of B. Tech. 1st year in haryana Institute of Engg. & Technology, Kaithal and resident of Villege Bass, District Hisar in haryana. I have applied for study loan in Bass Village PNB branch Three months back. But still I dont got any response from the branch. When I contact to manager he give very rough anwer "ki upper wale jane". I can not undersatnd what does it mean. My friend also apply on the same date and he got the loan. I donot know what is the intension of the manager. I have visited many times but they give the same answer. Now I got frastrated. the manager harrasing me alot. When I asked for my document back So that I can apply to another bank. He also refused to give my document back and misbehave with me. At this stage What can I do. Please help me.
