WITH DUE RESPECT

SIR

I AM EX SECURITY GUARD.I HAD SERVED FOR PNB ABOUT 15 YEARS.SO I HAD A PENSION ACCOUNT IN PNB MAIN BRANCH FEROZEPUR CITY 152002 ACCOUNT NO 0172000200334084 NAMED PREM KR.

WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE 0N 02-04 RS 3000 & ON 08-05 RS 4000 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY SAID ACCOUNT THROUGH ATM CARD.ALTHOUGH I HAD AN ATM FACILITY, BUT NEITHER ME NOR IN MY FAMILY IS ABLE TO USE IT.

I AM REQUESTING TO YOUR GOOD SELF TO PLS CHECK THAT IS MY ATM CARD IS USED FOR WITHDRAWAL.OR THERE IS A WRONG ENTRY, IF YES PLS TELL ME THE ATM CENTER IN WHICH IT IS USED WITH PROPER TIME & PLS PLS SUGGEST ME TO WHAT TO DO OR WHOM TO CONTACT.
