It is indeed with deep heart I am penning this complaint against your Kachi Chawni branch for not accepting the cheque of Nagrota Branch if both branches are connected with each then what is the reason of keeping my cheque without informing me for four days in their custody and returning the same cheque after four days to me (even I would like to inform you that same branch had accepted my cheque for same purpose on 08-12) The transaction of my company's account (Smc Global Securities Ltd. and Smc Comtrade Ltd) with your bank is not rare if bank has made new rules kindly inform me.
