No detail bieng given of cash withdrawl illegally

I want to let all know that PNB is a lousy bank with no customer responsibility whatsoever.

Your money is unsafe like mine, someone took 25000rs from an atm, and PNB is unhelping even then the police. The police has filed a ddr and even then the bank says we dont know from which atm it is withdrawn, they its sbi, i go to them and they say its not our atm that has been used.

So that means if you are a pnb customer and money gets stolen from your account forget it they will provide you with footage from atm if it is withdrawn from another bank, what a bull shit, i am asking for detail of my account and they say they cannot do anything?? they want me to investigate on my own.can anyone tell what atm these codes belong to because PNB is not helping
