Divident not got

I have not received dividend for 90 shares of pnb which was declared after

march. My folio/beneficery no is IN301557-20692020. My bank account no in which the amount of dividend is to be credited is 4085000100039161 and name of branch is PNB railway workhop Bareilly. My demat account is with karvey consultantent ltd bareilly. In view to the above I requet to please send my dividend worrant in the undermentioned address:-
