Sir,

I am having account 151-4000-100-906261.in Punjab National Bank Khanpur New Delhi 110062. On 26/01 I had tried to withdrawal Rs. 10, 000/- from my account by using Debit card from Axis Bank ATM Madangir. Due to some technical issue I was not able to withdrawal money. But Rs. 10, 000/- was debited from my Account. In this regards I had written compliant to Branch Manager Khanpur Delhi. Copy is enclosed for your reference. But nobody has taking any action on this.
