ICICI has charged me POSDEC CHG of Rs.28.09 four times (Rs. 112.36!!) on 12/09. I am trying my fullest to call customer care, only to listen to their irritating recordings even after waiting for 10 minutes.
I use a pre-paid phone which costs 1p/s and probably by the time I am able to reach the CC executive, I would have lost 50-60 bucks to get my 112 bucks refunded, which is very very frustrating.
I have never used my ICICI account as much as I did for the last couple of months and have faced a lot of problems since then. This has been the worst banking experience for me. I strongly condemn such act by the bank and also their customer service.. Making customer hold the line for ever..?
