There is a company named Milestone Capital Advisors Ltd (http://www.milestonecapital.in, which was started in 2007. They started with some real estate fund MDS1, MDS2, etc.
As per information provided by them, they invested for properties in various cities in India. There were some payment of capital and profit parts in last few years. But from last year, they have not done any payments and are only dragging dates of payment. Always there are contradictory statements from various officials of the company for future payments.
It seems that this company may also be in-line with some financial scam and people money may be lost.
