PROCESSING FEE REFUND

I HAVE PURCHASED A MOBILE HANDSET FROM BIG C CHANDANAGAR BRANCH ON 12.11.12 VIDE INVOICE NO S1/CNR/20948 DT 12/11 RS 6449, THEY USED MY AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD AND TOLD I CAN GO FOR 6 MONTHS EMI WITHOUT ANY INTEREST AND ZERO PROCESSING FEE. BUT RECENTLY WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH PROCESSING FEE OF rs 292 AND SERVICE TAX ON PROCESSING FEE rs 12 WHICH COMES TO A TUNE OF rs 322.00. I HAD TELEPHONIC TALK WITH BRANCH MANAGER MR.RAMESH HE TOLD ME TO COLLECT THE AMOUNT BUT ON MY VISIT HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND NO PERSON BRANCH PERSON INCLUDING CASHIER IS AWARE OF THIS SUBJECT, I HAVE GIVEN ALL THE DETAILS OF MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT TO THE BRANCH PEOPLE AND VISITED TWICE TO BRANCH, BUT I COULD NOT ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND BRANCH MANAGER WAS ALWAYS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE SHOWROOM.I WANT MY MONEY BACK ALONG WITH MY TRAVELLING CHARGES WHICH TUNES UPTO RS.800. AND IMMEDIATE ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THE BRANCH MANAGER AND THE CASHIER WHO ARE IRRESPONSIBLE IN ATTENDING THE CALLS AND RESOLVING IT. PDF COPIES OF INVOICE AND MY VISIT ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS ARE NOT GETTING ATTACHED WITH THIS COMPLAINT .IF REQUIRED CAN BE MAILED.
