Did not receive Renewal payment receipt

I had made online payment of renewal premium for 2 policies on 3rd Dec for which i have mentioned email ID also. But still i have not received premium receipt of the same. The customer care number is also not reachable. I want the receipt of payment for my Policy numbers 902010531 and 864050971. My email ID is [email protected]
