I am Pavan, having a saving account in your bank at Khairatabad, Hyderabad. My account no. is 000801560817. My Brother deposited 49000rs. respectively on 12th December within the same state. You have deducted 276.28rs. as ANW charges. I've called to the customer care, they are saying that outside branch deposit will have charges, As far as my knowledge within the same state and country they don't have any charges against the deposit below 50k. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.
