I have made a transaction on Monday, December 10, at union bank of India ATM of Rs: 3000, but i only got Rs.1500 for that transaction but the slip which came out showed the full amount and showed transaction success alert. This was done at UBI KHARI BAOLI BR/KHARIBAOLI ATM on 10-12/11:16:37. Sir I have made a call at the customer care center of my bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, about this and they had given me a request number 1-2169720216 for that. Please check there CTV footage for that cash withdrawn on that date of my transaction, because all of the ATMs have that facility and that will give you the clear picture of that transaction for all the matter.
