Unusual deduction of top op amount

I am a prepaid mobile customer having mobile No: 9470358349

I got message y'day that I have subscribed BSNL tunes and an amount of Rs.30 Rs.12 has been wrongly deducted as activation charges.

I have never asked for BSNL tunes, hence I request you to plz refund Rs.42 in my credit.
