Not received atm card

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have lost my atm card 2 mths back & i applied in rajendra nagar branch of bank of india 0n 22/10 but till today i have not received my new atm card. I have contacted 2-3 times in branch bank & i was told that i will receive in few days.but no result.i m a student & lives out of my hometown & i am facing diifculty in the absence of atm card.kindly look after the matter & do needful as soon as possible. My a/c no.-947310110001986.
